Hasmik Sargsyan (BAPG‘28)

From an early age, I was attentive to the everyday challenges within my community and sought ways to contribute to their resolution. This interest developed into a strong motivation to understand decision-making processes and public policy, which led me to pursue a degree in Politics and Governance at AUA. Through my studies, I am strengthening my analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Equally valuable has been the opportunity to engage with diverse perspectives and build meaningful academic and professional connections. Applying classroom knowledge to real-world issues has been particularly impactful in shaping my confidence and sense of responsibility.

I encourage future students to actively participate in university life and seek mentorship, because meaningful growth comes from curiosity, engagement, and collaboration.
