
PG Student Hrach Arzumanyan Honored with Certificate of Appreciation for Exceptional Contributions to Public Diplomacy
Yerevan, Armenia – PG student Hrach Arzumanyan, an intern at the U.S. Embassy in Yerevan has been awarded the prestigious U.S. Department of State Certificate of Appreciation for his outstanding contributions to advancing U.S.-Armenia relations. The honor was presented on December 13, 2024 during the embassy’s annual award ceremony.
Hrach Arzumanyan, who has been working in the embassy’s Public Diplomacy Section for over 10 months, was recognized for his “outstanding charisma and commitment to advancing U.S.-Armenia relations through insightful and impactful Public Diplomacy.” This recognition is especially significant as the intern is the only one to receive such an award during their tenure, as it is typically reserved for those completing their internships. The nomination for the award came from the embassy’s Public Affairs Officer and was further endorsed by Ambassador Kristina A. Kvien, emphasizing Hrach’s remarkable contributions.
